Giulio is our visionary. An engineer and CEO of Focus, the holding company that supports high-potential businesses. He leads us with strategic insight and steady guidance.
Rada is the soul of our events. As Artistic and Organizational Director, her passion for floral design and decades of experience in weddings and events breathe life into moments that remain etched in memory forever. Over time, she chose to embark on her own journey, together with trusted partners and so,'The Way' i was born.
Antonio is the steady hand behind each event. With a strong background in management control, he ensures every project runs smoothly, from the first idea to the final toast.
